I brought them in to install a Tesla Universal Charger in my garage, and Gabriel took the time to walk me through every detail and option, ensuring I understood the entire process. No shortcuts, no pressure—just clarity, patience, and professionalism. Andrew and Kelvin handled the install with care and precision. Their work was incredibly clean, and they treated my home with real respect. Along the way, they uncovered a serious issue left behind by a previous installer—something that could have caused major problems down the line, even a fire. Gabriel thoroughly explained what was wrong, showed me exactly where the danger was, and then fixed it on the spot—at no extra charge. Our insurance required us to update our breaker panels promptly. Wendt got the permits and did the update promptly. Our tenants complimented the courtesy and understanding of the whole crew. Wendt did this difficult job that required relocating the panels, for the lowest bid, excellently with no problems. We are very happy.
